Class A Fire-Rating

DECRA's interlocking panels are strong and non-combustible and they are covered by a transferable lifetime Limited Warranty.

Up to 50 Degree Differential in Attic Temperature

Sunlight-repelling, non-porous, interlocking stone-coated metal roof panels boast less heat / cold retention than any other. Furthermore, with DECRA's Above Sheathing Ventilation (ASV), airflow is permitted through channels that allow hot-air to pass through without being absorbed by the panels or subsequent underlayment, sheaths and attic space. All of these lead to less heat, less energy required to counter and hence lower energy bills. In an independent study, an Asphalt Shingle roof attic temperature reached 147 degrees, where its 'Direct-to-Deck (ASV method) Stone Coated Metal roofing system was 89 degrees.

Hurricane Force* Wind Protection + Warranty

Granite Steel and its suppliers offer 120 MPH Wind Warranty. Wind speeds above 39 and 74 MPH constitute Tropical Storm and Hurricane force winds respectively.
